We would be so upset if your pup's box was sent to an incorrect address! Please change your address as soon as possible. The deadline to update it for the next box is the second to last day of the month, otherwise, your next box will go to the address currently on file. If you have problems changing this, please reach out to Happy Team!
To update your shipping address please follow these instructions:
1. Log in to your account with your username and password.
2. From your account page, view the 'Shipping' section. Click anywhere in the box to edit!
3. Once here, you can edit shipping information, dog profile & subscription preferences! Click the little arrow to edit the information!
4. Enter your new shipping address in the appropriate fields. Click the “Save” button on the bottom middle of the page.*
*NOTE: We are unable to change the address for the 1st box as the shipping process starts immediately, this change will take effect on the next boxes. If your address changes, you may be required to pay local taxes, VAT and/or shipping fees.
If you have set up mail forwarding, this may take your pup's box a few extra days to arrive at your new home! Check out the article, 'How do I set up mail forwarding?' for instructions to the USPS website to set up mail forwarding and click HERE for FedEx.
