Yes, of course! We definitely understand that each pup has their own unique preferences and needs, that is why we offer box customization options to make each box enjoyable for our pup customers!
Need an allergy friendly box? Or, need help changing your edibles to accommodate your pup's diet needs? We can definitely arrange that for you! We can accommodate nearly all allergy needs and diet needs! Our products are approved by a certified nutritionist and never contain wheat, corn or soy. Grain and Gluten preferences are combined. Choosing Grain free edibles will also cause the edibles to be Gluten Free. However, add-to-box edibles from outside vendors may contain wheat, gluten, corn or soy.
You can make additional allergy or ingredient adjustments on your account page. Any of the items you select will be excluded from your box.
Please note, we only offer a maximum of 3 edible preferences to help ensure you and your pup are able to get those goodies in a timely manner. When we add more tailoring preferences, it can severely delay getting that box into your pup's paws. Alternatively, we can set up an all toy box (except for lite plans) if you'd prefer that instead.
Any customization needs to be updated before the 15th of the upcoming month to make sure the changes will apply. Changes made after the 15th will be applied the next month.
