The boxes will be shipped within the first two weeks of each month. Once your box is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking link with an estimated delivery date. Additionally, you can always check out the status of your box on your Account Dashboard.
You will have an estimated delivery date for your order, but here is what you can expect once the box has shipped:
- In the 48 Contiguous US States, once shipped, it’ll take 2-8 business days.
- Outside Contiguous US & Canada: once shipped, it typically takes 1-2 business days to ship and an additional 8-12 business days to arrive, and could be longer for American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
- When priority shipping is offered the shipping timeframe is 3-5 business days.
Orders that contain multiple different products may be shipped separately. In this case, customers will receive tracking numbers for each shipment. If customers do experience split shipments, the delivery timeframe for receiving the entirety of the order may be slightly affected.
