We definitely understand and apologize for any frustration associated with this -- we never want to make you wait any longer than necessary for something you and your pup are excited about. Please know that we’re working our absolute hardest to get your items packaged and shipped as quickly as possible. We know that all those soon-to-be-had tail wags are going to make it well worth the wait!
During sales and holidays -- due to holiday-related longer postal times and increased inclement winter weather -- your orders may take a bit longer to ship. Do not be alarmed if your package seems to be moving slower than usual, and please be prepared to give a bit of extra time for your items to arrive.
