My tracking says there was an 'Exception' with my delivery. What happened?

Uh oh! This could happen for a variety of reasons.

Although we cannot pinpoint the exact reason for you, your local post office will be able to help. They should be able to relay why your box got held back and the next steps for retrieving your order.

If you see it’s 'Returned to Sender', just contact our Happy Team and we’ll get some goodies sent to your pack!
