Should I be concerned about the packages I am receiving, like BarkBoxes, during the Coronavirus outbreak?

The factories and warehouses we work with have assured us that precautions have been put into place to identify any sick workers and reduce any spread of the virus.

Our Supply Chain teams are working tirelessly to provide support to our partners while making sure disruption to production and shipping remains minimal. 

Should the situation become more severe, contingency plans have been put in place to help ensure that we can keep our humans and pups happy with toys!

The CDC has indicated that COVID-19, which is spread through respiratory droplets, has poor survivability on surfaces. We believe there is likely a very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks. Some experts are advising that, if you are concerned about package contamination from boxes being handled in transit and delivery, you should leave boxes outside or in a garage for several days.
