I do not see any shipping updates (Canada)

We are so sorry for any delay in excitement but we are so grateful for the opportunity to help you spoil your pup!

After the first box, we plan to ship your BarkBox around the 15th of every month.

If this date has passed and your box has not yet been shipped, we are so very sorry for the wait. Please know we are working quickly to ensure the packages are still delivered within our anticipated delivery windows (please see below).

Our warehouse pups may take some extra time and attention to ensure you get the perfect box for you and your pup! We’re going to make sure you and your pack get everything you signed up for. After all, those tail wags are our absolute number one priority!

Once your package has shipped customers within Canada, it typically takes 8-12 business days to arrive in your pup's paws! Tracking updates will not begin until the package crosses the boarder and is scanned in by Canada Post.
