I do not see any shipping updates (Canada)

May 2020 Update: The health and safety of all our pack members (human and pup!) is our number one priority. Recently, procedures and policies have been put into place as a result of COVID-19 that result in slower handling time.

In addition, Canada Post has reported delays up to 5-7 days due to the increase of e-commerce shipments, especially in the Toronto shipping hub. This will affect all provinces. We appreciate your patience while we keep our warehouse, shipping, and customs partners safe. 


If you’re here, your pup may be experiencing a delay in receiving their monthly shipment. We’re so sorry to delay the fun! 

Heads up, after the first box, we plan to ship your BarkBox around the 15th of every month.

If this date has passed and your box has not yet been shipped, we are so very sorry for the wait. Please know we are working quickly to ensure the packages are still delivered within our anticipated delivery windows (please see below).

Our warehouse and shipping partners are dedicated to delivering your monthly orders as quickly as possible. With the increase in safety precautions in warehouse facilities and the increase of e-commerce shipments, some orders may take longer to get to your door. 

Once your package has shipped customers within Canada, it typically takes 8-12 business days to arrive in your pup's paws! Tracking updates will not begin until the package crosses the border and is scanned by Canada Post.
