I do not see any shipping updates

If you’re here, your pup may be experiencing a delay in receiving their monthly shipment. We’re so sorry to delay the fun! 

Heads up, after the first box, we plan to ship your box around the first two weeks of the month.

If this date has passed and your box has not yet been shipped, we are so very sorry for the wait. Please know we are working quickly to ensure the packages are still delivered within our anticipated delivery windows (please see below).

Our warehouse and shipping partners are dedicated to delivering your monthly orders as quickly as possible. With the increase in safety precautions in warehouse facilities and the increase of e-commerce shipments, some orders may take longer to get to your door. 

Once your package has shipped customers within the 48 contiguous states it typically takes 2-8 business days to arrive. For our Alaskan, Hawaiian, it typically takes 4-12 business days to arrive in your pup's paws!

For customers within Canada, once the package is shipped, it typically takes 8-12 business days to arrive in your pup's paws! Tracking updates will not begin until the package crosses the border and is scanned by Canada Post.
