How do I change my subscription?

You can make many changes to your subscription on your account dashboard! From adding extra items to your box to your dog's allergies! Subscription information needs to be updated before the 1st of the month in order for changes to take effect on that month's box. Please log in to your account on BarkBox.com with your username and password to edit your account.

To add items to your box, check out the article 'How do I add items to my box?'

To update your subscription, view your account page. In each area, you are able to edit information.
Select an area & make the changes you want!

MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION

- Shipping information
- Dog's profile (name & birthday)
- Box Settings (size, allergies, etc)
- Subscription Settings (plan type, renewal type, etc)

ACCOUNT INFO

- Contact Info
- Payments (payment method, payment invoices, etc)
- Notifications
- Password

Subscription information needs to be updated before the 1st of the month in order for changes to take effect on that month's box.
