How do I change my subscription?

You can make many changes to your subscription on your account dashboard! From adding extra items to your box to your dog's allergies! Subscription information needs to be updated before the 1st of the month in order for changes to take effect on that month's box. 

To update your subscription, please follow these instructions:

Log in on BarkBox.com with your username and password.

View your account dashboard page. In each area, you are able to edit information. Select an area & make the changes you want!

BOX STATUS:

- View your most recent box's shipping status
- Rate your most recent box
- Add on items to your next box!*
*Qualifying subscriptions only

MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION

- Shipping information
- Dog's profile
- Box information (size, allergies, ect)
- Subscription plan information

UPGRADE PLAN & PAST ORDERS

Subscription information needs to be updated before the 1st of the month in order for changes to take effect on that month's box.
