You can make many changes to your subscription on your account dashboard! From adding extra items to your box to your dog's allergies! Subscription information needs to be updated before the 1st of the upcoming month to make sure the changes will apply. Please log in to your account on BarkBox.com with your username and password to edit your account.

To update your subscription, view your account page. In each area, you are able to edit information. Select an area & make the changes you want!
- Shipping information
- Dog's profile (name, gender, breed & birthday)
- Box Settings (size, allergies, assortment etc)
- Subscription Settings (plan type, renewal type, etc)
- Contact Info
- Payments (payment method, payment invoices, etc)
How to update the Dog profile?
- On your BarkBox profile, navigate to "Account" page and you will see the dog profile section with all the information that you provided to us when you first signed up.
- Click on "Dog Profile" and you will be directed to a page where you can view and edit all the above information.
How to update the Toy Durability and Box Assortment?
- On the Account Page, you will see your dog's name (i.e. Raider's Box) where you will be able to view durability and box assortment.
- Click on “Dog Name’s Box” section and it will land on an intermediate page which will allow you select "Toy durability" or "Box assortment" individually.
How to adjust Toy Durability?
- Click on "Toy durability" in the above screen and you'll be taken to view the current durability selection and will have the option to change durability.
- If you are in our Classic Fluff, you will be able to select Chompion for a price difference (an equivalent Super Chewer plan price is found) and choose the change.
- Classic Fluff : Classic box
- Chompion : Super Chewer box
- By clicking choose, you will see a summary for the toy durability change with the total price you need to pay and when the changes will be applied.
- If you are on our upfront billing plan, you will be immediately billed.
- If you are on a monthly billing plan, you will be billed on their next rebilling date.
How to change the Toy Assortment?
- Click on box assortment, you'll be taken to view the current assortment selection and you will have the option to change.
- For our current release, if you are receiving standard box and toys only box, you will be able to view your toy assortment.
- If your current assortment is a standard box, you will be able to select toys only for no price difference.
- On clicking choose this, you will see a summary for the assortment change with when the changes will be applied.
Note: If you have doubled your pup's monthly goodies and will change the assortment of your box, the Double Deluxe plan will be automatically removed.
Lite Plan Change:
If your pup's goodies are piling up, you can opt to get our Lite plan. This box has 1 amazing toy, 1 bag of yummy treats and 1 scrumptious chew. To know more about this, click HERE.
Subscription information needs to be updated before the 1st of the upcoming month to make sure the changes will apply. Changes made after the 1st will be applied on the next month.
