How do I change my address?

To update your shipping address please follow these instructions:

1) Log in on with your username and password.



2) Click on "Account" tab in up right hand corner in black-


3) Scroll down the page about half way. Click the right-facing arrow next to "Shipping" box.


4) Enter your new shipping address in the appropriate fields. Click the “Save” button on the bottom middle of the page.


Shipping information needs to be updated by the 1st of the month in order for your pups BarkBox to be sent to the new address.

If you have set up mail forwarding, this may take your pup's box a few extra days to arrive to your new home! Please reach out to if your pup's does not arrive by the end of the month. We will be sure to sniff out the issue.
