How do I change my address?

We would be so upset if your pup's box was sent to an incorrect address! Please make sure to update your address by the 1st of the month.

To update your shipping address please follow these instructions:

1. Log in to your account with your username and password.

2. From your account page, view the 'Shipping' section. Click anywhere in the box to edit!


3. Once here, you can edit shipping information, dog profile & subscription preferences! Click the little arrow to edit the information!



4. Enter your new shipping address in the appropriate fields. Click the “Save” button on the bottom middle of the page.*

*NOTE: Shipping information needs to be updated by the 1st of the month in order for your pups BarkBox to be sent to the new address. If your address changes, you may be required to pay local taxes, VAT and/or shipping fees.

If you have set up mail forwarding, this may take your pup's box a few extra days to arrive at your new home! Check out the article, 'How do I set up mail forwarding?' for instructions to the USPS website to set up mail forwarding.

Please reach out to the Happy Team, if your pup's box does not arrive by the end of the month. We will be sure to sniff out the issue.
