When will you bill me? How can I update my payment?

You will be billed for your first box as soon as you sign up. Each month you will be billed at the beginning of each subsequent month. You can review your account page to see upcoming charges.

If you want to change your billing date, please connect with our Happy Team.

You can view payment information from your account page by clicking the following: 

Click the 'Payments' box. Click anywhere in the box!

You can view & edit your method of payment on this page. Click 'Edit' on the far right side to edit payment information!

Additionally, you can view upcoming & past payments, including refunds. Click any of these to view more details!
