When will you bill me?

You will be billed immediately for your first box when you complete the sign-up process. Your pup's first box ships immediately, as soon as you sign up! Once the box leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email tracking information. 

If you signed up for a monthly billing plan, you will be billed for your future boxes each month from the 1st to the 10th, depending on when you originally signed up and what type of subscription you have. Connect with our Happy Team to confirm your renewal day. 

If you opted in to pay upfront (prepaid), your plan will renew from the 1st to the 10th of your renewal month, once your pup has received 6 or 12 months of BarkBoxes in most cases.

You can always view your billing date by following these steps:

1. Login to your account with your email address & password.


2. Click 'Account' in the top right-hand corner of the page. 




3. Scroll down the page to view the 'Subscription settings' box. If you are 'Billed monthly', you will be billed from the 1st to the 10th of each month. If you are 'Prepaid', you will be billed for the renewal of another 6 or 12-month subscription from the 1st to the 10th of your renewal month.
