Why Is My Shipping Taking So Long/Delayed? Holiday Shipping Update

If your shipment is taking a bit longer than usual, please do not fret! Given our increase in BarkBox and BarkShop orders (due to the holidays), along with holiday-related longer postal times and increased inclement winter weather, your orders may take a bit longer to ship out and arrive around this time of year. Do not be alarmed if your package seems to be shipping out/moving slower than usual, and please be prepared to give a bit of extra time for your items to arrive. 


We definitely understand and apologize for any frustration associated with this - we never want to make you wait any longer than necessary for something you and your pup are excited for. Please know that we’re working our absolute hardest to get your items packaged and handed off to our shipping partners as quickly as possible. We know that all those soon-to-be-had tail wags are going to make it well worth the wait!
