Where Is My Order?

We are currently relocating our warehouse facility to upgrade our shipping performance and the overall experience we can provide our customers. However, as a result of the move, we've encountered unexpected issues that have created delays in shipping & tracking recent BarkBox packages. We're truly sorry for this poor experience - it's very disappointing, but please know that it's also very rare, and we're confident that this change is going to have a hugely positive impact for you and your pup in the long-term. We are currently working hard to ship your items to you ASAP and will follow up with tracking as soon as your package leaves our new warehouse.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding regarding this matter - make sure to give your extra patient pup some extra belly rubs for us!
