While it doesn’t happen often, it is possible that part of your order will need to be shipped separately in the occasion that an item is back-ordered or shipping from a different warehouse.
Not to worry though, Lucy from BarkShop will send you an email as soon as the rest of your order’s tracking info becomes available. Orders with split-shipping will typically arrive within a few days of each other.
