What Is Your Subscription Cancellation Policy?

1 month subscription plans can be ended by disabling your autorenewal anytime. 6 and 12 month subscriptions are a commitment from us at Bark to you, and from you to your pup. You can disable the autorenewal anytime.

If you disable the autorenewal in the middle of a 6 or 12 month plan, your pup will continue to receive BarkBox for the length of the commitment that was signed up for, and the subscription will only close at the end of your chosen commitment. If you are in the middle of your commitment and something isn’t amazing for you and your pup please reach out the the Happy team to make it so!

Please take note: we have to process subscriptions by the 3rd of each month in order to make sure we can package, label and ship all of the BarkBoxes by the 15th. You are billed on the 3rd of each renewal month. Boxes that are already in process cannot be halted.
