How Do I Disable My Subscription Autorenewal?

We're sorry if you're thinking of leaving the pack! If you have boxes left before your commitment ends, we can make those remaining boxes absolutely perfect for you and your pup(s).

To disable your subscription auto renewal, log in to your BarkBox account:

  1. On the box containing your pup's subscription information, Select "Edit"
  2. Select "Disable Subscription Auto renewal"

The renewal of an entire plan (the next 1, 6 or 12 month subscription) will be processed unless you disable the auto renewal on your account prior to renewal. If you disable auto renewal in the middle of a 6 or 12 month plan, you will continue to receive BarkBox for the length of the contract, and the closing of the subscription will take effect at the end of your chosen plan.

Please note: we process billing and subscriptions on the 3rd of each month in order to make sure we can package, label and ship all of the BarkBoxes by the 15th. You are billed on the 3rd of your renewal month. Boxes that are already in process cannot be halted.

Customers who sign up late in the month may have a billing date of the 9th but please contact happy to confirm or change your billing date.
