How Do I Change My Subscription?

Log into your BarkBox account and go to your subscription page, then click on "Edit" next to the information you want to update.

Here you can adjust everything from box size to shipping address!

Just remember, any changes must be made by the 5th of the month, if you want them to be reflected in that month's shipment!

If you want to cancel the renewal at the end of your subscription, that must be done before the 3rd of the month that your plan renews! Please note that cancelling only cancels the renewal of the subscription after all boxes have been received. For example, If you’ve signed up for six months of BarkBox, you’ll still get the six month’s worth you agreed to.
