Why Was My Subscription Renewed?

BarkBox is a subscription service that automatically renews after every 1, 6, or 12 month plan. We want to make sure your dog doesn’t miss a single BarkBox!

We try to make the automatic renewal policy very clear on the site when you sign up, log into your account, and in your order confirmation email, but sometimes it gets missed! More details about your subscription can be found in the terms of service.

You can log into your account and navigate to the box containing your pup's subscription information to update or disable the upcoming autorenewal of your subscription at any time.

If you disable the autorenewal in the middle of a 6 or 12 month plan, you will continue to receive BarkBox for the length of the commitment that was signed up for, and the subscription will only close at the end of your chosen commitment.
