Tracking On My BarkBox Delivery Shows “Delivered,” But It Hasn't Arrived!

First thing’s first, check with your neighbors, and building manager to see if they may have picked up the box for you.

If the address is right and you're still unable to hunt down the box, give your local post office a bark to see if they might have it. Sometimes boxes accidentally get marked as "Delivered" even though they’re waiting at the post office.
