For new customers in the 48 contiguous states, your first BarkBox will arrive to your pup in 2-8 business days after your order is placed.  If you live in the outer US or Canada, your pup will get their first BarkBox in 7-12 business days.

If you're already a BarkBox subscriber, we'll ship out your BarkBox on the 15th of every month. Get your pup ready!  If you notice your pup acting strange around the 15th– severe tail wags, wiggly butt syndrome, a major case of the zoomies– they might smell us getting closer.
