If I Disable My Autorenewal in the Middle of a Subscription, Will I Still Get All My BarkBoxes?

If you disable autorenewal in the middle of your subscription, your pup will receive all of the boxes promised to you at the start of your commitment! Disabling autorenewal means your subscription will not renew, but if you signed up for, let’s say, six months, your pack will still get six month’s worth of BarkBoxes.

In order to close the subscription after your current commitment, you must disable autorenewal before the 3rd of your renewal month. When autorenewal is disabled, if you have completed the commitment you signed up for, you will not be billed again and you will no longer receive BarkBoxes. Boxes that are already in process cannot be halted.
