Why Was My BarkBox Not Left at My Door? Why Do I Have To Go To the Post Office to Pick It Up?

We’re sorry about that! It’s no fun when a delivery goes awry. We ship BarkBoxes via FedEx to USPS Priority Mail (or USPS Priority Mail to Canada Post.) We’ve found that this is the most reliable way to send BarkBoxes and still provide free shipping to our subscribers in the continental U.S.

This means, for some, your postal worker may require you to be home to retrieve the package. If they can't redeliver, you'll need to pick your Standard Post packages up at the post office.

You can schedule a redelivery, and add a note with instructions, via the USPS website! If you'd like your postal worker to leave your Priority Mail packages at your door, it's best to leave a note or discuss this with them in person. You can set your delivery preferences by visiting my.usps.com.
