Where Is My BarkBox?

We ship out BarkBoxes on the 15th of every month with an estimated delivery of 2-8 business days in the U.S. and 4-12 business days in Canada, eh.

If you placed your order for your first month's subscription before the 28th, your BarkBox will ship that same month.

Here are some common shipping issues:

“I didn’t get a tracking link!” If you are in Canada, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email but we do not have tracking for Canada Post at this time. We’re sorry about that!

If you are in the US, you will receive an email from Scout. If Scout hasn’t reached out (sometimes he’s a little forgetful), reach out to the Happy Team here!

“I’m tracking my package… and it looks stuck in one location!” Sometimes the USPS doesn't update the package info as they move it to another shipping hub. This is quite common. Contact us if you don't receive your package after 8 business days, or after 12 business days in Canada.

“The tracking info says, ‘missent’– what’s that about?” This means your package was accidentally sent to a wrong zone, and the USPS caught this error and is redirecting your package back to you!

“I changed my address, but my BarkBox is getting shipped to my old address!”

No worries! You can set up mail forwarding through USPS or Canada Post. If you have trouble receiving your box just reach out to the Happy Team and we'll make sure this is made right!
